Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions before entering the Contest. Melissa Malaysia has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Contest shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Melissa Malaysia reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay this Contest.


Eligibility:

• This contest is open to all Malaysian Citizens above the age of 18.
• Employees of Melissa, their immediate family members, advertising agencies, advisors, franchisees, suppliers and any other persons who are directly involved in organizing promoting and/or conducting the contest are not eligible for the contest.

Contest Period:
The contest starts at 1200 hrs (MST) on 1st April 2016 and ends at 1200 hrs (MST) on 30th June 2016.

Contest Mechanics:

• Participants are required to follow the below steps in order to be eligible to win:

  2. Drop it at our counter.
• All submissions are received through off and online store.
• Submissions displaying copyright notes, watermarks, signatures and other written information will NOT be accepted.
• Submissions must not be racially or religiously charged, and must not be politically related.
• Participants are responsible for their submissions and any submission that is deemed offensive and/or inappropriate by judging panel will be removed and disqualified without notice.
• Winning of 3 Days & 2 Nights stay at Angsana Velavaru Maldives,Beachfront Jet Pool Villa inclusive of Bed & Breakfast for 2 persons + RM1,000 cash, following details are excluded:
  - Return Ticket
  - Speedboat transfer

• By participating in the Contest, participants agree to provide their personal contact information (Full Name, Residential Address, Mobile Number and Email Address), upon winning, for the purpose of processing and administering prize fulfilment matters.
• Melissa Malaysia reserves the right to audit and ensure that the accounts/and friends’ accounts are bona fide. Any participant who generates multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in the Contest shall be disqualified. Management reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify such participant(s). In cases of dispute, management decision is final.
