Eligibility to purchase
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the MELISSA.MY terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to MELISSA.MY, whose applications are acceptable to MELISSA.MY and who have authorized MELISSA.MY to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. MELISSA.MY reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
MELISSA.MY offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers.
Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Once you have successfully completed your order and payment, you can check the current status of your shipment by checking Your Store Account or by sending an email to email@example.com with details of your order transaction. We will send you a reply as soon as we obtain details of your shipment from the shipping agent.
Prices shown on the Site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default and are inclusive of any relevant local Malaysia tax charges at the applicable rate.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.
Product prices displayed in alternative major currencies are indicative only, using existing currency exchange rates. Upon the submission of your order, the price charged to your credit card (or preferred payment option) will be based on Malaysia Ringgit price indicated on the website.
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the final price you will be paying will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Acceptance of your order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and MELISSA.MY will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is concluded in Malaysia and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to receive payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All transactions prices made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via eGHL payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards (Paypal) and local bank online transfers. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.

You can pay using any of our payment partners listed. Similarly you can pay all or part of the price of your Order using an e-gift card or a promotional voucher.
E-gift cards and promotional vouchers must be entered at the check-out page online only. Physical presentation of vouchers to personnel will not be accepted.
To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery & Shipping
MELISSA.MY uses local door-to-door courier service for deliveries within Malaysia and our preferred freight service provider for deliveries to all other countries.

For Klang Valley, 2 – 5 working days of your order confirmation and others 3 – 7 working days on your order confirmation.
For International, 10 - 15 working days of your order confirmation.
Note that this flat rate excludes custom duties & other relevant taxes specific to the destination country, which if applicable, will be charged to the recipient by our freight service provider before final delivery to the recipient.
There will not be any courier services on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Your order will arrive between Monday – Friday.
Your final and confirmed delivery charges will be shown clearly to you in the Check Out page before you proceed to eGHL gateway for payment.
Please note that due to the dynamic nature of shipping and freight, our delivery timings may be subject to change from time to time. In any case, the delivery indicated in your Check Out page can always be taken as correct and final for any completed transaction.
MELISSA.MY requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by the recipient (or any recipient at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and order fulfilment by MELISSA.MY and accept the transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible upon receipt order and payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, MELISSA.MY is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable return requests, we reserve the right to refuse or deny any or all requests for return at our sole discretion.
MELISSA.MY does not provide direct/immediate exchange of returned products. Instead, upon the successful return and acceptance of your returned product, Store Credits in a form of E-gift Card will be issued to you via Your Store Account for you to make any new orders on MELISSA.MY. Note that Store Credits/E-gift cards issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount less any shipping costs that was included. Unless otherwise indicated by MELISSA.MY in writing, customers are responsible for any cost of sending their return product back to MELISSA.MY for assessment.
Items should be returned unused, and with any price or brand tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at the customer's expense) and the request for return refused. Where provided, belts or any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Please note that request for returns made after 5 days upon receipt of products will only be granted at our discretion. Please seek to send items within 14 days of the date of MELISSA.MY official acceptance of your request for return. Products sent to us outside these timeframes may be not accepted at the discretion of MELISSA.MY.
1. Please create a request for return of merchandise via Your Store Account within 5 working days upon receipt of products. Your request should include the reason(s) for the return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance in assessing your store account.
2. You will be notified by email once your request has been received and processed. We aim to respond to all return requests in 1-2 working days.
3. Returns will require that the product(s) in question be sent, in their original condition of receipt within 14 days.
4. In order to review a request for return, we reserve the right to request that the product in question be sent, at your cost, to the above address for further evaluation and consideration. This does not automatically lead to an obligation on the part of MELISSA.MY to accept the request for return.

Limits On Our Liability
We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence or indirect losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TOS where such failure is due to events which beyond our reasonable control.
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold MELISSA.MY harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and MELISSA.MY as a result of the TOS or your use of this Site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of MELISSA.MY, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS.
The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance the relevant Malaysia law and the relevant courts of the Malaysia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
